I'm extremely late to the party, but I have finally tried Red Heart All-in-One Granny Square yarn.
And I'm hopelessly hooked!
This one is the original All-in-One in Black-Spicy Lime. Love these colors!
With this skein, I've made squares for a hat (4 squares), a fanny-pack purse (4 squares), and a second purse that uses 2 squares-worth of the yarn as self-striping, not granny. I have 3 squares worth of yarn left over.
Oops, almost forgot that I used 2 squares worth of yarn to make stripes and bobbles on a black hat. So, the skein yielded 15 granny squares. Not bad!
