Back loop only stitches

Back loop only (BLO):
When you look down at your stitch, you see two loops. 
Usually you work UNDER both of these loops. 
However, when you work through the back loop, you insert your hook from front to back between the two loops and under the back loop.  (Only the back loop is over the hook.)
